Shipping policy

Below describes our shipping details. We now offer live shipping rates at checkout for most destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, or you experience any issues with shipping options, please contact us at sales@sabretactical.co.nz with the products you wish to purchase and your delivery address so we can assist.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you inspect the received products upon receipt, before removing any attached tags and labels and before disposing of any original packaging. If you experience a problem with your order or damage has occurred to the products inside, please contact us at support@sabretactical.co.nz and we will do our best to resolve any issue.

The Process & Estimated Delivery Times

We will endeavour to keep you up to date with the progress of your order. As a guide, we dispatch orders from our warehouse in Hamilton, New Zealand within 3 working days, although this usually happens much faster. If there are going to be any delays beyond this time, we will notify you by email.

Your order will then be shipped using one of our chosen courier partners.

New Zealand: New Zealand Couriers & NZ Post
Australia: NZ Post International Courier, DHL or FedEx
Other international destinations: NZ Post International Courier, DHL or FedEx (depending on destination)

Delivery times will vary but as a guide:

New Zealand: 1 to 4 working days (please allow longer for rural delivery)
Australia: 2 to 6 working days
Other international destinations: 4 to 10 working days

Domestic Customers (New Zealand)

If you are not at the address when your parcel is delivered, you will be left a new 'Redelivery Card' with multiple options by New Zealand Couriers

Non-shipping days and delays

  • During sale periods order volume increases significantly so there may be delays in shipping your orders.
  • During public holidays courier services are not available and we will not be able to dispatch your order until the next working day:

Out of stock items

If an item you have ordered is unavailable due to a stock or system error, you will be advised via email and provided with available options. You will not be charged for any item we cannot supply.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see our email after placing your order.

Incorrect Delivery Address

We will re-deliver, replace or refund the product (at our discretion) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery.

We take no responsibility for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order and check your order confirmation email.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of New Zealand are considered international orders.

International customers can now place orders online where shipping rates are available. If your destination is not supported at checkout, please contact us at sales@sabretactical.co.nz and we will assist with your order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be removed from products shipped outside of New Zealand where applicable.

Due to New Zealand postal regulations and parcel insurance requirements, we must declare all parcels at their true and correct value.
